> It's been 24 days since I began my journey of weight loss . During this time I was able to loose 9.1 kg. The sole purpose of starting this journey was to achieve the physique which I had always dreamt of and as I am now progressing through under the guidance of Ashutosh sir, the goals seems to be achievable. In the starting even I didn't have the confidence that I would ever be able to achieve aur even continue such a lifestyle. As in the past I had tried losing weight but it just comes back again & again. But this time by following the guidelines given to me by my coach and the confidence that he have on me, I was able to come this far. Lastly, it's just the start of my journey. With the help of my coach and now my regained self belief & confidence , l will make sure to achieve all the goals been set ahead.
