It Started with determination. In the last 2 months, I lost 7.5 kg, and this journey proved to me that determination is stronger than motivation. I made a clear decision to change my lifestyle. I completely stopped using lifts and relied only on stairs, no matter how tired or busy the day was. Along with this, I ensured 10,000 steps every single day without fail—regardless of the weather. Even if it meant walking late at night before going to sleep, I completed my steps. I reduced fried food and junk food by nearly 80% and became more mindful of what I was eating. I completely eliminated sugar and milk from tea and coffee, switching to cleaner, simpler choices. A major turning point was calorie counting using the Healthy+ app. It was an eye-opener—what I used to consider 30 grams of rice was actually closer to 100 grams, and what I thought was 100 grams of dal turned out to be nearly 250 grams. Understanding portion sizes made a huge difference. Always chcek your daily weight on morning same time everyday it gives you good tracking of your daily weight. I also practiced intermittent fasting whenever possible, keeping my eating within a 12-hour window. This wasn’t about extreme dieting, but about discipline, awareness, and consistency. This transformation taught me that small daily habits, followed consistently, create big results. If I can do it, anyone can. I was biggest foodie and now people now me for my determination
