> Well, I have a very interesting story to tell. I started my workout journey in 2016 and was an active member until 2021 with a single digit body fat for five years straight. However, after 2021, it was very unfortunate that I suffered an spine injury and it never left. I would only lose weight if I worked out. I could only work out if my back pain was better and my back pain would have only been better if I lost weight. Hence it was a terrible moment of my life where I got in this endless loop. And struggled through it for almost 4 years working out on and off for months on for months and off months. But in the beginning of 2025, I got introduced to HealthifyMe and my weight loss journey became a piece of cake, and once I lost weight, I got relief from my back pain. I resumed my workout regime and the Gym regularly and since then HealthifyMe has become a constant part of my life. Please get up. Do not give up. It will take weeks months or maybe a year, but I promise you. You will get where you want. If you don’t start. I can also promise you. You will never get where you want.
