Four months ago, I decided to take control of my health. I started my journey at around 85 kg, and my goal was simple — become healthier, more energetic, and more confident in my daily life. Instead of following extreme diets, I focused on building sustainable habits. I began tracking my meals, increasing my daily steps to around 8,000, improving my protein intake, and staying consistent with my calorie goals. Small changes like better portion control, mindful eating, and regular movement made a big difference over time. There were challenges along the way — social events, travel, and days when motivation was low. But I reminded myself that consistency matters more than perfection. Even on tough days, I tried to stay disciplined and keep moving forward. In just four months, I lost 10 kg, reaching around 75 kg, and the transformation has been incredible. I feel lighter, more active, and much more confident. This journey has shown me that sustainable habits and patience can create powerful results. My next goal is to build strength and continue improving my fitness, but the biggest win is that I’ve built a healthier lifestyle that I can maintain long-term.
