Coach-led transformation
I started at 78 kg with apprehension. I had grade 2 fatty liver and my health was a complete mess. I had no idea what to do. But now, here I stand, 15 kgs lighter, with a healthy liver, a healthier and younger me. A big shoutout to my coaches for helping me achieve this target, which once seemed non achievable.
