I am totally evolved. It took a good year to learn how to eat clean and get fitness into my daily routine.

Balanced Diet and excercises ie cross fit is the only mantra to maintaining a lean body and feel the happy harmones which keep your thinking clear daily.. It's a complete cycle.

Recently I've taken on to additional sports like running, brisk walking, swimming etc to develop my stamina.

The journey has been totally enjoyable. I believe that: Grass is green where you water it, not on the other side.
