Now HealthifyMe is a part of my life. It helps to change my lifestyle. Before I started the journey my weight was 93.4 kg and I tried a lot of ways to reduce my weight, but it didn't make any changes. I suffered from fatty liver cause of my overweight, I realized that I needed support. After joining HealthifyMe I feel a difference in that my weight has been reduced and my current weight is 73.4 kg. The most helpful partner in my HealthifyMe journey was my dietitian coach and Trainer coach. Both of them supported me a lot in changing my lifestyle and they are so friendly. Now my fatty liver is cured and I feel so comfortable with my current weight, this is all thanks to my team.
