I began my journey in November 2023 weighing 64.5 kg and feeling self-conscious about my mummy tummy. I reached out to Healthyfie me for help and was met with serious dedication to diet and home workouts. Thanks to the support and motivation from Disha and Anita, I have lost over 9 kgs so far. I am still working on my mummy tummy, but the progress from day one to now is incredible. I have received numerous compliments, feel more confident, and am extremely happy.
