When I first joined healthify me, I was motivated to lose weight. But, I realised motivation is not enough. In order to change physically I needed to change mentally to change my lifestyle and habits. My coaches not only gave me the technical knowledge of weight loss and how to achieve it, they also were a sympathetic ear to my troubles and woes, and pushed me to overcome them, helping me achieve something I thought impossible. That to me is priceless.
