It was a nightmare losing weight post delivery, but with constant guidance and motivation from my both coaches it was possible to see the change on scale. Though with kids it’s difficult to continue with regular routine but I tried to stick with my program as far as possible. Thanks to Shirley, Akanksha, Mihika , Kanchan and Gauri for all the support and positive vibes
