Healthifyme app has helped me gain my self confidence again. I am not just physically fit but mentally strong as well.
Thanks to my fitness coach for helping me reach this goal and making me realise that cardio and strength training are equally important for weight loss. The diet coach also gave me diverse healthy food options and kept a check on my BMR levels.
With their consistent efforts and guidance i was able to achieve my goal which seemed like a mammoth task.
