\*\*Celebrating 6 Months with HealthifyMe\*\*

Today marks six months since I joined the HealthifyMe journey, guided by my incredible Dietician Coach, Ms. Priyanka, and Fitness Coach, Mr. Mahipal.

In this short time, I've achieved some truly remarkable milestones:

1\. \*\*Weight Loss:\*\* Shedding 14 kgs, from 79 kgs down to 65 kgs.
2\. \*\*HbA1c Levels:\*\* Improved from 7.0 to a normal 5.4.
3\. \*\*Fasting Sugar:\*\* Reduced from 200 to 110, leading to the discontinuation of diabetes medication by my doctor.
4\. \*\*Body Fat Reduction:\*\* Significant overall body fat loss.
5\. \*\*Psoriasis:\*\* My psoriasis has been suppressed.
6\. \*\*Hypertension:\*\* Medication has been reduced.
7\. \*\*Increased Energy:\*\* I feel active and energized all the time.
8\. \*\*Fatty Liver Reversal:\*\* Successfully reversed Fatty Liver Grade II to normal.

All these achievements have been possible within just six months, thanks to the dedicated support of my coaches and the incredibly user-friendly HealthifyMe app. This app has kept me motivated and on track throughout my journey.
