Every journey starts with a single step and that single step needs a trigger

I always believed I eat healthy, do regular work outs and a weight around 61 kg is good for me. Then there was a time when I got sick and was off the work out for 3 months and put on extra couple of kgs

Never realised it till I saw myself in a picture. There triggered a decision followed by determination and the 6 months journey started with Healthify

Coaches guided me, clarified many misconceptions about diet and work outs. I started following my calorie budget and work out plan with barely any miss

Slowly and gradually I started seeing a toned body with a new strength. It took me 5 months to reduce 9.5 kgs and see a new me
