Hi all I m shital powar my age is 39 I m a housewife before Joining Healthify my weight was 84kg i have lots of problems like health issues I have BP tablet and suffering from PCOD and Adenomyosis disorder my periods are irregular and I m suffering from extream period pain taking lots of pain killer tablets and also pain killer injections and doctor suggested either loose your weight or remove Uterus I choose loosing weight and join HEALTHIFY after joining I m losing weight and my periods are normal now feeling very haIN simple word Healthify make me perfect thank you my Dietician and Fitness coach both are excellent and their plans work on me amezing than you HEALTHIFY THANK YOU MY BOTH COACHES And now I don't need to take BP Table.MY BP ALSO IN NORMAL RANGE
