My journey with Healthify Me has been amazing. I'll use 2 words to describe it, magical and unbelievable. In this journey, apart from lossing weight significantly, I have immensely reduced on the painkillers and antacids I used to take due to acidity and headache, backache. My fitness coach Anurag and diet coach Simran have always been available and most importantly, they have understood my requirements and challenges and have charted out the plans accordingly and modified them regularly.
