My Fitness journey has started with very few knowledge about how things actually happens. From 88kgs to 76 kgs, it was not an easy way but Healthify played an important role in helping me tracking my calories and what options I can choose from. Regular strength training and calories deficit but nutrition balance diet worked wonders for my fat loss journey.
I m still in the process of losing approx 8 more kgs .
