I totally lost 12 kg started back in June 2023 but was not that consistent. With guidance and motivation of Simran and Faiz i am able to make a healthy life style plan and best part is now my weight don't bounce back and leading healthly life style. My journey from 112kg to 100kg is very memorable and the grinding is still in progress. See you soon with much lighter weight.
