Signed up on Healthify as a last resort to try and lose weight because it had been affecting my daily life and general health. Was very surprised and in awe of how magically all my struggles with weight gain changed and I rapidly started losing weight. I couldn’t believe that with eating proper meals and home cooked food and exercise which was so easy to follow would be effective to follow or was possible. I thank my coaches Tamaghna and Soundarya for being inspiring and motivating me whenever that little extra push was necessary and bring me closer to my ideal weight.
