It wasnt easy journey for me, since i started exercising and mindful eating after a long long gap, above 10 years almost, no physical activity, sedentary lifestyle. But healthify me app helped a lot, especially akanksha (diet coach), she understood my food habits & preferences and was very flexible in diet plans customized for me. Also gaurav (my fitness coach), he made the workout plan for me as beginner, 20-30 mins a day to start with, as he was well aware of my busy routine as a consultant. But the journey is half done and half remaining, i aim to hit the lower normal of BMI , by next 4-5 months may be.
