was gaining weight rapidly and reached 112kg. My day to day tasks became difficult and it seemed impossible to lose weight. I opted HealthifyMe by the suggestion of an acquaintance of mine. With the help of the Fitness Coaches and Dieticians, I was able to see rapid progress. I was getting better day by day. All the credit goes to my Trainer Vikas and Dietician Amrita. They have always motivated me and suggested the appropriate training and diet as per my choice and preference.
