Rajeev's Story

I started my health journey seriously with Healthyfy me last year on 9th May 2022 and followed the guidance of the coaches of Healthyfy Me. The result was amazing. Feeling very happy by losing 16 kg in sixteen months.

I am thankful to my coaches Komal Kumari, Priyanshi, Manju and smriti Jha for the guidance and continuous motivation.

A very useful app has been provided by Healthyfy me to monitor my health parameters and macro-micro nutritional value of the food on daily basis.

I took sufficient sleep and water, as advised during this journey and very happy to lose the unnecessary weight and feeling great.

I express my gratitude to healthyfy me. I am happy.
