I am Seema and in December 2023 I was 93 kg just before joining healthifyme. I am truly grateful to my husband who motivated me to enroll in healthifyme as I was earlier convinced to join Herbalife. Later on in March 2024 I was diagnosed with arthritis and I was assigned diet coach Sakshi Sharma and Yoga coach Dhawaljii to help me with arthritis. Both the coaches did their best to cure me with diet and yoga. Later on in June I was assigned Kanchan choudhary as my Yoga coach and she was like a saviour as she alongwith yoga for my weight loss also helped me to deal with my pain and stress. She helped me with accupressure techniques and many yoga techniques. I am happy to be a part of healthifyme. I think it was best I could have did for my health.
