When I embarked on this journey, I was overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. That's when I was fortunate enough to be paired with HealthifyMe and my coach Ruby Saxena. Her guidance extended beyond just workouts; she educated me about the science behind weight loss and helped me understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
