I have reached till 90 kgs after my second child birth. I got fatty liver till that time because of overweight issue.
Last year November after 4 months of my baby delivery i have decided to reduce my weight.
My target was to reduce at-least 20 kgs. Which was seems impossible to me initially. I joined HealthifyPro plan of HealthifyMe for guidance. My diet coach (@Saima) and fitness coach (@Prema) help me to reach my target. Because of their guidance and support I was able to reduce 25 kgs till now. I am feeling more stronger, healthier and energetic now. I will be forever grateful for my coaches and HealthifyMe platform for their guidance and will always proud on myself for achieving this ?
