Bit of history - I was impacted by Covid in April 2021 and could recover from it in 4 weeks. The turmoil happened in June 2021 when I was found in an unconscious state at home. Everyone at home tried but then I was taken to the hospital.
When I got admitted my oxygen and pulse rate was below 40 and was in critical state. Doctors took me to ICU and put me on ventilator. They tried all test but could not diagnose. Finally, they attempted Lumber puncture multiple time and was unsuccessful. They literally raised their hands for my situation.
With God Grace and family wishes, I came back to life from Death Bed.
The story does not end here. I was continuously on heavy medication including steroids and pain killers since July 2021 which lead my weight reached to 91 Kgs. I was unable to walk and do exercises.
Finally, my wife pushed me to join healthify in July 2023. I started the journey and today with the support from my coaches Syeda and Anjali. They curated diet plan and exercise specially for me by looking my situation. Today I feel much better that I have lost closed to 12 kgs and reached to 79.3 kgs less than 3 months.
