One day I stood on my weighing scale and I was 78 kgs. I had pre diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid issues. "This has to change" something whispered in my ear and i started my journey of Ashtanga Yoga and Calorie deficit diet using Healthify. My coaches understood my requirements and gave me diet and yoga plans I could easily follow within my daily routine. Also, it never felt like I was sacrificing the things I loved eating as my coach told me to watch my portion size when I enjoyed my guilty pleasures.
