When I weighed 108 kg, I used to feel very tired or could not concentrate on my work. So I downloaded the healthify app and I subscribed to it and got two trainers to help me. My fitness coach Vaishnavi Rathod ma'am gave me a daily workout, which I followed every day. My dietician Reem Khan and my previous Pranali Anare ma'am prescribed me a good diet and I have been following it well till date and I have good results today. Today I am very fresh and I don't feel tired anymore. So thank you healthify and my fitness coach and diet ma'am.
