Started A Weight Loss Journey From Feb-2023 with a heavy weight of 97.7 Kg also with 31.9% Body Fat and 63.20 Kg Muscle mass. Current weight is 84.25 kg with 27.30% body fat and 58.20 kg muscle mass.Both coaches are Very Helpful In my weight Loss Journey. I also mention,Before i started my weight Loss Journey, i had a serious problem of Hyper tension,high blood pressure,High cholestrol, anxiety and Stress.
