Started A Weight Loss Journey From Feb-2023 with a heavy weight of 97.7 Kg also with 31.9% Body Fat and 63.20 Kg Muscle mass. In a Difficult Journey Of weight loss Reduce the Weight of 13.20 Kg in Seven month with the Help of My Both Coaches@anuj jain and @Baani chawla. Current weight is 84.25 kg with 27.30% body fat and 58.20 kg muscle mass.Both coaches are Very Helpful In my weight Loss Journey. I also mention,Before i started my weight Loss Journey, i had a serious problem of Hyper tension,high blood pressure,High cholestrol, anxiety and Stress. But Now a days I feel relax from all this problem and live a medication free helathy life with Healthifyme.
