I was always on a heavier side due to medicines and sedentary & stressful hectic lifestyle but it was quite alarming when I saw 95 on the weighing scale that's when I decided to join Healthify on 20th April..

Since then I've completely devoted my time & energy to achieve my weight goal..

I was not sure if I'll achieve results due to medicines & stressful life but both my coaches were constantly motivating me, changed exercises & diet when required..

I can't express how happy I am today!!! \*I lost 12.3 kgs in just 4 months.\*

I just want to thank healthify and escpecially my both coaches Sanjuna Saleem and Sandeep Rawat from the bottom of my heart... Everyone gives service when they are paid.. but u both go 1 step ahead.. the way u both motivate me.. helps me to keep going.. I feel like I know u both since ages.. I feel really comfortable to share anything n everything with u guys.. love u both ?
