I have not just reduced my weight but its beyond weight loss. Actually I have never thought that mu last try for weight reduction will work with Healthifyme and my coaches does wonders for me. I really appreciate the efforts put by @Simran as diet coach and @Priyanka Solanki as my fitness coach. When I started my journey my HBA1C was 9.6 and today it’s 5.4. I have improved my skin tone a lot. My for head dark patches just gone. I am feeling energetic everyday and my journey has just started. Long way to go for me. I thought that how people can manage diet food but Simran has given delicious diets which I just followed. Priyanka had given me basic exercise and push my journey to make me flexible and after that I started swimming, Playing Badminton and sometime Squash. Hats off to Simran for all her efforts to motivate me and keep my journey on and on. I am proud that I am part of Healthify me and my coaches. Actually I have started my age reveal. Once again thanks Simran and Priyanka Solanki. ???
