Six months ago, at 104 kg, I decided to take control of my health with the help of Healthifyme coaches- Simran, my diet coach, and Hirakjyoti, my fitness trainer. Simran’s balanced meal plans and Hirakjyoti’s tailored workouts kept me motivated and consistent, even during tough days. Their unwavering support helped me overcome challenges, and I not only lost 14 kg but also gained energy, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle. This journey proved that with the right guidance and dedication, transformation is possible. The journey is just started for me and a long way to go. Keeping myself motivated.
