#Healthified @ HealthifyMe I started my weight-loss journey three years ago. That time I was not sure whether I would be able to do it..but with the help of my Coaches I started loosing weight and they always used to motivate me so much that everytime I used to think that I can do this..I lost 14kgs in 8 months and I started wearing 'M' size from 'XXL' size.. I started feeling more confident..when one starts understanding their body then it becomes easy to reach your goal...sincere effort, determination and dedication reaches to your goal... and should not loose faith if initially you will not see results or at any time during the journey you loose confidence, should talk to coaches who will surely help & definitely will reach goals .. ....I am still with HealthifyMe for my maintenance and will continue....THANK YOU HEALTHIFYME...
