Hi,
I joined Healthify 3 months back with the intention to reduce my weight and be on a healthy diet.
I have to accept that I have been really lucky to get Gloria and Rinkle as my trainer and dietician coach respectively. They are great. They always offer the best advice for my body and soul. I have lost a lot of weight and am feeling great in my life because of the protein rich diet I take as per the diet chart I receive from Rinkle. She makes sure to follow up with me about the nutrients in my diet and suggest her inputs.

I am amazed at how Gloria works with me for my exercises and provides her valuable feedback. This duo has worked wonders for me. I thank both of them and want to continue this journey of living the healthy life along with them.
