My fitness journey starts all the way back in 2020, when COVID-19 hit our country and all the employees were forced to go under WFH scenarios. This scenario caused my body to gain fat and increased my weight to 96 kg's in 3 years from my average weight. But, as time passed by, I restarted my fitness journey and thought to join HealthifyMe. I am proud to say that I made a best decision for myself as it gave me the opportunity to choose Best Dietician (Ms. Simran) and Best Fitness coach (Mr. Sourav Bhattacharjee) for myself who helped me effortlessly to guide me all the way through here, so thank you so much for that. From their guidance, my lifestyle has totally shifted from unhealthy to a healthy lifestyle which I am confident enough would remain for a prolong period of time. Thank you my beloved coaches and entire team of Healthify.
