My dietician, Jasleen Kaur and fitness trainer Ashish, were super warm and approachable and created a safe space for me to talk through all my concerns and provided solid guidance. Their counseling helped me establish healthy habits and transform my relationship with food and body image. I have lost 13lbs of weight since I enrolled in program, which sounded unachievable when I joined the program. Jasleen and Ashish has worked and are still working with me to set up a good and healthy lifestyle for life. I am also getting a lot of compliments from friends and family which gives me a lot more confident to work harder on my own health.
