Hi, I took a smart plan from healthyfyme ,I was suffering from pcod and pre diabetic situation and also I used to feel so lazy and bloated,but after taking the plan from healthyfyme I followed the plan seriously and came to size M from size XL ,my diabetic and pcod in under control now and I used to count my calories intake everyday and used to do the workout from healthyfyme,and also followed the recepies,thanks to healthyfyme for changing my life
