Hi my name is Jyotsna. I am very happy now that I am feeling healthy and fit. Three months ago my weight was 83 kg due to which I was in a lot of trouble, then I came to know about Healtyfy app. Through this I contacted my coach Dietitian Ritika and Trainer Santoshi. With his help I lost 10kg in three months. And I am still trying continuously. My coach has a friendly behavior and motivates me a lot to make my work easier. I say thank you to my coaches Ritika and Santoshi.I am grateful to her for her support and guidance.she make me understand the positivity of living a healthy life.Thank you so much Ritika for your constant endeavour.I feel healthy and lighter.
