In the beginning, around November 5th, I was struggling to lose weight. I weighed 95 kg and didn’t really know how to start. Despite my efforts to reduce my weight, I wasn’t seeing much progress. After 35 days, I had only dropped from 95 kg to 93 kg, which made me feel pretty depressed. I wasn’t working out or staying active, and the progress felt slow and discouraging.
That’s when I decided to take a more active approach and make some changes. By December 26th, I weighed 92.8 kg and was ready to fully commit to my weight loss journey. I started walking at least 10,000 steps a day and made sure to eat healthier. I focused on having proper lunches and dinners, often skipping breakfast, and made sure my meals were high in protein, low in carbs, and low in fats. I occasionally allowed myself a cheat meal, like pizza, but kept it balanced by focusing on protein-rich foods like chicken and eggs.
Between December 22nd and January 28th, I lost approximately 6 to 8 kg, which felt like a revolutionary moment for me. The progress has been encouraging, and using a health app to track my food habits has been extremely helpful in keeping me on track. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come and feel much more confident in my ability to maintain these changes moving forward.
