Healthifyme is the best thing to happen for me in year 2022-2023. I had tried lot of other methods for weight loss in the past but never successful. After going through lot of reviews I finally thought of joining Healthifyme. It was very easy and comfortable to follow the customized plans which were planned according to my lifestyle. The food tracking app is just amazing. I learned my mistakes, not only nutritious food but its quantity is very important.
The journey has been long but very fruitfull. Had faced a lot of hickups in the way but the motivation and guidance from the super coaches made the path easier. Healthifyme has changed my sedentary lifestyle to very Active lifestyle. It has changed my eating habits. It has changed my outlook towards fitness. Kudos to the Team.
Had initially joined the basic plan where my coaches were sneha - dietition and vishal - fitness coach. They build the base for this journey.
Two months later got updated to Pro membership and got my super coaches - ayushi - dietition and ranjeet - fitness coach. They played a vital role into my journey. Guided me to all the ups and downs, their motivation was on another level.
My confidence level has raised and able to do all the activities which i used to avoid earlier.
Thank you very much Healthifyme, Ayushi, Ranjeet for my new life.
