I had gained a lot of weight post partum majorly because of unhealthy eating habits and no exercise. My coaches Sakshi and Ranjan helped me understand my body and gave me specific diet and exercises that help me lose the weight. We are hoping for better results in the forthcoming months but i am really happy of what i have achieved until now
