My journey towards healthy lifestyle with HealthifyMe has just been so amazing with coaches like Shreya always modifying your diet plans according to your liking, making you understand how nutrients work, motivating you to always get back on tract after a little vacation & coaches like Dr. Vidya pushing you to do all your practises , staying active, modifying yoga plans according to how your body feels or how much time you can give in a day for practises.
Feeling of losing those kilos just makes you so confident , your body starts to feel lighter , you start fitting better in clothes
