131kgs was my peak weight a year ago and haha here I go 77kgs, way more to go but yes it was tuff, the food sacrifice, everyday intense cardio(badminton), hitting 1.5hrs gym, and yes I took my cheat meal after 8 months, one thing I promised my couch before my college I want to change myself from Laddu Sarthak to a fit one, an inspiration for all, my parents, friends, family, and even my neighbours ??, they started hitting the gym seeing my transformation. Healthifyme gave me the best fatloss journey and I am thankful to my couches, Sayanti ma'am and Ashish sir for the constant hardwork they had put in motivating me and not letting me stop, there is a long way to go but yes I have just started ? just look where I'll go...
