Started my journey self weight management after I got high HBA1C 7.9 with weight 91 kg.
I wanted to avoid diabetic medication so that I started diet modifications and physical activities completely guided by HELTHYFY ME app.
I studied alot and followed my routine as guided by this app. Today I am 73 and my target is 65 kg.
HBA1C level comes down to 6. Thanks for HELTHYFY ME.
