I had thyroid, pcod, cholesterol. Since i started diet with my dietician - megha mehrotra along with workout, i noticed visible results. These problems get reversed. Megha was so supportive and good guide in case of food habits as i am from Guwahati. She strictly monitors my food log and movitated always. Thanks to her. Thanks to healthifyme.
