Being at Healthyfime has been a tremendous experience. Thanks to the first metabolic profile I discovered that I was highly diabetic and needed immediate intervention. The program and my coaches are effective and cooperative. Most importantly the support on the chat has always provided information and support for various issues . My program was for a year but due to an emergency surgery I had to put it on pause for a prolonged period and they were very supportive ,understanding and kind towards my situation. I am grateful to both my coaches before the operation as well as my present coaches afterwards for their guidance and encouragement throughout this journey. I would recommend that people have faith in their abilities and the plans developed by their coaches and stay focused on their goals to get good results from the program. Over the period of time I have not only dropped about 15kgs but also have come into the pre Diabetic range from being highly diabetic.My fat percentage has dropped by over 4% . Visceral fat has dropped by 5%,subcutaneous fat by about 3% about 5.6 points dropped in BMI bringing me down from Obese to Overweight. Thanks to Healtifyme I feel confident of getting better and improving my health further. I shall definitely be back for another programme soon for maintenance of my health.
