In the month of April2023 I went to the hospital for my regular check up my BP was elevated due to my overweight doctor advise me to start tablet.Due to my overweight I was suffering from BP so I started searching to better platform for weight loss, in search off good diet coach and fitness coach my search ended at Healthifyme.In the month end of April 2023 I enrolled for healthifyme.
My workout coach #Shailesh Kamble and diet coach #Adwait kshirsagar by doing a better workout and diet plan and continuous support and motivation.
Now after about 90 days I had reduced around almost 17.6 kg the above is possible due to my diet coach #Adwait kshirsagar and fitness coach #Shailesh Kamble coaches Also provide motivation on my goal.
