My weight loss journey with Healthyfi has been great so far. I was slightly hesitant at the beginning as I was not sure if virtual consultation would work for me. However, with continuous support and guidance by my coaches Amit (fitness) and Avanti (nutrition), I was able to achieve my fitness goals. I have coined a term CCD (Commitment, Consistency & Discipline). With CCD and guidance from my coaches, I was able to reduce my weight to fall within the healthy range. HealthyfiMe app has been very useful to track calorie intake, time workout routines & monitor progress. I would highly recommend HealthyfiMe to my family & friends.
