This was great journey of diabetes and weight management, where my weight was 111 kg with the Hb1Ac of 8.6. With the guidance of Manisha and Parag, I am able to reduce my weight to around 93 kg with Hb1Ac level of 5.5.
I am staying away from familly, Still with the help of balanced diet and exercise I am a able to reduce and maintain the weight. Thanks to my family, coach Manisha and Parag for supporting and guiding me for my diabetes and weight loss ongoing journey.
By maintaining proper diet and exercise, I feel energetic and healthier which gives me good confidence and comfort.
