Losing weight from 70 Kgs to 64 Kgs was an incredibly challenging journey, but I couldn't have done it without the unwavering support of the HEALTHIFYME APP and their amazing coaches. I am so grateful for my Diet Coach NAMRATA and my YOGA Coach AISHWARYA, who not only provided me with tailored diet and yoga plans, but also checked in on me regularly and kept me motivated every step of the way. Those initial days were so tough, with cravings hitting me hard, but having NAMRATA by my side made all the difference. The application itself is so well-designed that it truly feels like I had someone there for me at all times.
